Post Eccentric help

Guys and gals, need some hints here. Two times my alignment (camber and I'd guess toe) have gone whacky on me with no changes made by hand. Tonight keith and I note that it looks like the front left wheel has been knocked to less than 1 degree negative camber. What torque are you folks using on these eccentrics?

FWIW, the car is a 87 944-S and the mileage it gets is 50% track and 50% street (little errands and to and from the track).

TIA

Every bit as tight as I can get it with 2 wrenches interlocked for more leverage.
Make sure that you haven't damaged the washers with "D" shaped holes in them, if so, replace them.
