Post Fuel cell fill point

I've just installed a 27 gallon (100 liter)Fuel Safe cell, and have a question about the best method to fill. The tank is much taller than the stock one so the stock fill point in the flap is out, since it is at a lower elevation there would always be fuel in the fill line. So,would I go up through the hood? Has anyone done this, and is it possible to obtain all the parts needed to make a professional job of it? Thanks for your help !

I also have the 27 gallon cell. Since it is a race car, I just lift the hood... There is a stock fill location setup for this tank though... I think Hoerr racing might even sell it...
