Racing Numbers

Hey Philted,
Find a 'Fast Signs' or similar graphics or sign shop and tell them what you want and get it printed on Magnetic base. You can design anything in the world, from just cut out numbers to full graphics and logos...
Make sure after you get the design done (you will have to pay a design charge and printing and material charge) you get a copy of the electronic file. That way if the store goes out of business or you find a cheaper place you can just hand them the disk and it is much cheaper.
Good luck. Here is a picture of my old design number plate. Remember to tape the leading edge of the magnet. I use colored electrical tape.

[from the cheapest guy in the world]:
- Office Max (or the like) has up to 8" tall die-cut vinyl adhesive alpha/nums. Stick them to magnetic sheets from local hobby/craft store... or, directly to the car. They can be removed *fairly* easlily.
- Office Max (or the like) has 8.5x11 magnet backed sheets for use in laser printers (works great with transfer printers also). Just set the design up in MS Word (or the like) and print out. I'm lucky enough to have 4-color laser printers at work (not that I'd ever use them for personal stuff:-)
- Get a copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements (~$49) and design your own logo and numbers... then send to a SingPro or Fast Signs shop for printing/cutting. Should run you less than $30.
After doing all that to save a buck... now I just go to my local SignPro and have them cut some multi-application vinyl for ~$50 (includes all letters and numbers for both sides).

Larry West Sign Co. in Roswell Georgia
He does the graphics for Warren Johnson, Bill Elliot and many others including myself. If you go to see him, I own the Repair shop beside him. Stop by and say hello, my name is Kerry. Hope to see you soon.
