The rule book says the 1999 GT3 runs in "C" stock. The 2004 (no 2003 made) has a few more HP but the weight/power ration won't be that different than the 1999. It's possible they could bump it to "B" to run with the 996TT and GT2 but it would be at the high end of the weight/power ratio in this class, so it's unlikely.
