Default Unofficial VIR Zone 2 thread?

Haven't seen one yet; since I had to watch (jealously) as the NNJR VIR thread developed last fall, maybe I'll start one off now.
Whose going to trailer the furthest? I am coming in from central MA; about 775 miles. I know one friend driving a bit further (from NH).
Anybody further?
One month and 2 days until the first haul of the year starts (for me).

We're only coming from Philadelphia, but it will be the 4 of us, me and my 3 boys, so "Herman Motorsports" will be well represented.

I'll be there (I think).

Its funny, every time I look at my finances I say "I really gotta skip event such-and-such that is coming up" - and I always end up at the track anyway.

I may as well have a heroine addiction.

Hey Arnie
Looking forward to seeing you both again; I know several are doing the same as me - getting an early start on the season.
You may be confused when you see my old car (the red 1984) circling in green - ITS NOT ME DRIVING although until I get a better grasp on VIR it may as well be me.
Regards to Margo

Rick , I guess you're talking about Dave & Kristin K.
I think I'll win the most northern participant. Well, I won it last year.

Nope, they're almost 100 miles closer and they don't really trailer. Well, you can't really call the tire trailer," trailering" , can you?

[I]if anyone is unable to make the event, please contact rebecca as soon as possible. I am # 2 on the wait list in Black and it would be nice to attend especially with the rest of the guys from RTR heading down. Thanks.

p.s. What is a KFC Hillary Special? 2 fat thighs, 2 small breast and a left wing.

I'll be there from about 2.5 hours away.

It won't be the fartherest but with a brand new ATC trailer I may take the award for the highest commute costs!!!

Can we have a prize for the least distance trailered..???

I think I'm about 75 miles door to door and can't wait. Just got the car back from the shop with all the winter goodies installed and I'm dying to try them out.

If the weather holds I'm going to Savanah this weekend for shakedown runs in anticipation of a good fast crowd at VIR next month..

I'm really looking forward to a great weekend. Hope to finally meet many of you there.

I have to get out to the garage and complete the winter Pcar list, running out of time. Just 600 miles for me, second year with Zone 2 and last year was a lot of fun.

184 miles from my driveway to the VIR paddock. Looking forward to the start of a new season with a new-to-me car. Also hoping to cure engine-won't-make-it-thru-Day-1-of the event disease. Fingers crossed..........
