Post 993 Racing ABS

Gang:

Can anyone with access to microfiche or a factory manual tell me how the following 993 Bosch Motorsport parts compare to stock 993 C2 equivalents:

ABS controller unit (not the main ABS brain, this is an auxilliary electrical component that is part of the system):
993 721 401 80

ABS hydraulic pump:
993 355 955 50

TIA for any help.

I see the following:

993 355 955 50 Hydraulic Unit ('95- M224 & M339)
993 618 125 00 Control Unit ('94)
993 618 125 01 ( '95-)
U 993 355 126 00 for M224
993 618 127 00 for M224 M339 & RS

Sorry, I'm not sure what options M224 or M339 refer to and don't have the time to track it down.

Thx very much! (M224 is automatic LSD (vs. 40% locking diff.); M339 is apparently for a C4.

All the motorsport 993s used an ABS system based on the 993 Turbo's system.

They are all four channel, but lack the ABD feature of that the Turbos all had. Most 993s have a three channel system.

The ABS control unit used the 993 Cup, 993 RSR, 993 GT2 was unique to those cars and is the heart of the system. I happen to have one for sale if anyone is interested.
