I spend 2 days there not long ago. It's only the North track right now but it is a very fun little circuit. When it goes full course it will be awesome.

I'm registered and got an e-mail from them today, saying the race is definitely on. Noise limit will be 103 db, not the 95 db that the track lists on their correspondance.

Oh yeah....Watkins Glen.
I'm just excited that Beaverun will not be cancelled like the Riesentoter race at Shenandoah. Two cancellations=bad. One, not so bad.
Bill, will you be there for the Metro Watkins DE 2 days prior to the race? Chris? Anyone else?

Anyone with wisdom on DB limits? The limit is now 103 for this race, before I thought the full muffler had to go on... but now do we run the open pipe on the stock 3.2 motor, a supertrapp on the end of the single open pipe or full muffler still?
Who else will be there running in f?

The Shenandoah circuit is still largely some stakes in the ground and a few mounds of dirt. It is a long way from being finished and the wet spring we've had has not helped at all.
My understanding is that Summit Point has now admitted the track isn't going to be ready before late September and has canceled all events before then. My personal opinion is that unless we get a long spell of dry weather, there will be no events on that track this year.
