I'm #71 a black 944S2 with "You've just been passed by a Turtle" on the back.
I'll be with the Chicago contingent at the Midwest Eurosport trailers.
Also some of the Chicago F guys are with CSMotorsports.
As to the bars, there's a good one north of town that usually caters lunch at the track. And one south of town that has a live gator in the bar. I can never remember their names, but I'll get them over the weekend an pas them on.
And lots of guys hang at the Inn on the Lakes bar, called Chicanes.

If it rains, turn 10 is like ice. Stay away from the apex.
Don't lift through 13,14 & 15 or you will see the backend of your car real fast.
It's a great track. Not very often to us amateur types get to race on a world class circuit.

Make that nine by my truck's thermometer!
I just finished a day in an open Bobcat clearing snow for surveyors. It's nice to be indoors but it will be even sweeter to be in Florida one week from today.
Off to a warm shower,

Not sure yet Bill, and I probably shouldn't speak for the whole bunch.
At this point, I'd say fifty-fifty for me. This winter is absolutely killing my business and I may have to act responsibly (for a change).
I know that we, as a bunch love that race, love the welcome from you guys, and do pretty well, too there.

I was thinking about this today. What do folks from outside of the Rocky Mountains expect us to look, act, be like?
Most of us came from somewhere else in the last ten or fifteen years. I'm a SoCal transplant, my partner in crime, Quigley is a New Jersey guy, Petty is from Upstate NY. I guess my point is that we are the same as everyone else, we just drive faster
