Seacay,

My old '73 "RS" is on the way down now, class E #447, any shots in traffic or with wheels in the air would be cool (solo shots are boring). THANKS and see you guys in a few days!!

Leh, Too bad you will not attend. What better way for a pro to relax than clubbing baby seals!

Great Race at the 24. Soooo close. Next year.

I won't be there either. Hope you guys have fun and the weather stays good. D class should be wide open as long as that overpowered 944 TC stays unreliable. Mike you should run that 73 RS in D class and go for the overall in that run group !! Something very cool about seeing that checker for the overall, and gives you a decent shot at the WC award to. Although, my one and only WC award came at RA where I finished 3rd in the sprint.

You're making me think Bill, that's never good

I dont think I can run with the Cayman S in D and there are C cars in the group too, so I might as well ballast the old machine and see how I can do in E. Besides, it handles better with the ballast and maybe better on the bumps???!??

Sorry you can't make it, how about Atlanta, I should be there in E too.

Looking forward to a great weekend. I am ready to burn up the 1400 miles of highways between here and Sebring. Everyone travel safely!

Yeah, if you have to run with the C cars, it might not be worth it.......though still not impossible to beat them at Sebring. I would have beat the C cars in the enduro last year, except for an unlucky yellow flag that allowed a 993 TT to get a advantage on me in the pits. If Larry had been running it might have been tougher. The car to beat was that D class 944 TC which seemed to perform like a B car. The CaymanS was working out the bugs at Sebring last year, but may arrive this year ready to go quick. I don't think the Cayman brakes as well as the US Cup, but it is very formidible on an aero/momentum track. E class didn't look to bad, it all depends on who shows of coarse. I would think you would be a definite favorite in that class. As for me, I'm still on the sidelines awaiting new inspiration and I have no plans for Road Atlanta. I need to get a car first I guess !!

Hey, how about Rennlisters meet? Friday evening, at the tent? (I'll post another thread, we gotta come up with something, this is late to true HWFMR fashion and I'm proud of it!).
