Take a look at the Michelin Cup tires. These tires were being used by many fast drivers in heavy rain at Watkins Glen club race. The track has good banking and drainage so standing water did not seem to be a issue. I drove the enduro on these and liked them better than the Hoosiers.
The other option is to take the stock hoosiers and have them cut for water evac. Also seems like a popular route.

I tried the custom cut Hoosiers (RS203) and did not find them to be that great (massive understeer at low speeds and quick to snap). Got much better steering response and breaking traction from Firestone Firehawk SV50's...
I'd love to smack a pair of Bridgestone S03's on the car, but the cost is awfully high...
