Question Racetech seat from CDOC catalog

Got my 2007 CDOC catalog in the mail and saw a very interesting seat that I don't recall being discussed here before:

http://www.cdoc.com/detail.asp?id=15464&name=

The worlds lightest FIA approved head restraint seat! FIA homologated to 8855-1999 standards. Hans device compatible. Suitable for 6 or 7 point harness. Rear spigot for cold air duct with ducted air channels within the seat. Kevlar-carbon fibre shell. Removeable support cushions. Comes in black fabric with grey suede wear patches and a clear gel coating. Call for info on other colors.
PN#:3004-RT9109HR
CDOC's Price: $4,995.00

Here is a link to the mfg website:

Interesting backbrace configuraiton:

Has anyone ever seen this seat before?
Thoughts, comments?

Go to the original NZ racetech site, you can see different views of the seat including where the hose mounts.

From the picture it looks like the back brace is too small for a C.F. seat.
