Anyone remember how many cars there were in the Cup car run group at II? In the under 2.5 liter group we had around 115 cars.
I will be there with a 356 race car and a 996 Cup car.

Oh this is going to rock!! 
This would be my first time going and the first time hearing a 917 ripping around. I have seen and heard a few 917K/30's at Road America which are the ultimate but with the turbos really quiet them down. Porsche heaven here I come!!

Don't count on it. At II they only did parade laps, no hot laps, no racing.
While the Brian Redman Int Challenge at Road America is an outstanding vintage event they spectacle of 917's has been non-exsitent the past few years. This was especially surprising since last year they celebrated the 40th Anniversary of CanAm up there and not one Porsche CanAm car was present .
