I think it's the same concept of race cars...take out anything even if it's just a few grams...especially if it doesn't get used.

$500 is a fair price. I have a size 60 (sparco) BAR circa 2001 pitsuit I bought a few years ago. And it is just about perfect length for my 6'2" frame, but a little baggy as I am but 180lbs. Mine came from the UK, like a lot of real F1 stuff and I love it. Certainly unquie.

I'd love to have one of these, but my lanky 6'5" frame is going to require a custom suit.
