FYI, there are no fewer than 5 papers on H&N restraints being presented at the SAE Motorsports Engineering Conference in Detroit, and an SFI meeting to expand the spec on the same subject in Orlando, all within the next four weeks.
So, unless you need one right now, it may pay to wait.
