Default MSR DE this weekend

Anyone else gonna be there? I'm in the Green run group, car #873. Feel free to stop by and chat - I should have a shade-tent-thingy set up. Would love to get some pointers from the veterans as well.

Me: Black 993 C4S #415 Yellow group

We'll be hanging out in my garage there. South side of the new garage building just south of PST shop. I'll look for you.

I'm busting my tail to get my new transmission in before the 11th for the event at MSR. As of 3:11, I have the busted one out. Hopefully install is wayyyy easier than removal!!

Maybe. A day under the '44 and I'm no closer to making her mobile again. I'll be there in the Audi then.

I'm getting old- I'm sore as hell.

Great save Greg!!! You have to make sure you stay on the throttle there. If you let off just a little, that back end comes around. You already have the front end loaded up, you don't move any more weight from the rear to the front.

Yup, it was a good save.

As G-spot says, you need to be on the gas there, hard. I brake a little at the beginning of the gators, then am back to throttle before I even turn in, and am WOT at turn in (in 3rd gear).

I usually am on full throttle there, however, I carried a little bit more speed into the corner(or so I beleive) and thought I was going to run out of track out. So I lifted in the hopes of making the car turn in a little bit more...

Yeah, it is very easy for that to happen. No biggie, you did a good save.

FYI, your links don't work.. They worked in the other forum, but not here.

I did notice significant improvements in many places there in your driving. Well-done!
