Default Run Groups

I just noticed that they have assigned colors to the run groups on the roster. Anybody know how the colors will correspond to the run group numbers on the schedule (ie; is red run group 1, etc.)?

Colin, I think that you are going to be more than a handful for the D class US Cups, maybe for some of us lower HP cars in C as well.

I dunno. My car does make good power, but its fat *** does not help the drag situation. Plus, on the rare occasiion I have actually shifted to 5th, the thing just stops pulling at all. I can't believe I'll be going much more than 155 top speed (I can do 148-151 at the Glen depending on how well I do T1/2).

I think JimB will take the overall win, but you and Phil Blackstone won't be very far behind. I expect that Ernie in his slippery Cayman will do well. Chuck Veth is also bringing his C2 Turbo, so he should be a factor too.

Hey Dave;

Since I get the status of being an "invited guest", does that mean I get reserved seating for the Chalk Talk? And, will you be serving snacks? I figure since you all are charging so much, that's the least we can expect. Oh, and autographed 8 x 10 glossy's of the drivers would be nice as well.

alas...I must confess. I find myself in this category again. But, it's only the second time. I find though that each time is accompanied by a "lesson learned" that hasn't been learned before. Go figure. I hope there aren't all that many left.

Oh, and thanks for the instead of the

OH Mike, you know me better than that. Incident number one was in 2002. I'd say I have been alright during the intervening time. I'd have still been OK had it not been for the kitty litter in the track from the previous race. Party line was "Well you should have known it was there because it was there on the pace lap." So, note to self...while on your pace lap, warm the tires, warm the brakes, watch out for the car in front of you and the ones beside you and, also remember what's all over the track. Brother!
