DE events in October?
Looks like my 993 will be back on the track soon; now I need to find some events at either Lime Rock or New Hampshire during October; there isn't much showing on Dale's track scehdule (I am signed up for NHIS with North Country PCA October 16/17).
Does anyone know of any others at these 2 tracks (that might have openings for an Instructor-level driver)?
Doesn't have to be PCA sponsored.
Thanks; can't wait to get back out there.

I'm heading down from Southern NH. Metro puts on a great event.
Pocono North is kind of boring. It's a great track to do 2 days a year at. More than that and I would want to hurt myself It gets really boring.
I would say it's worth the haul. You can learn it really quick and drive hard as there is plenty of runoff and nothing to hit. It's actaully an event I look forward to every year.

Rick, I'd say it's not worth the trek from MA to Pocono. You'll be bored after 2 sessions. The track is 5 turns then some time on the Nascar bowl then back to the short infield.
RTR runs there 2x per year, including this weekend. Other than being close, it's not worth the tire wear.

Wow - 3 days at the end of October in NH. COuld be great or could be rain/snow, whatever.
Would be fun way to close the NE season, though. Thanks for the tip.

That would have been fun; I am on for NHIS mid October, but...
I really like the NNJR November VIR event, which is a great season extender for us in MA. But, a client trip is on for that week, and without clients, I am nothing (and, broke).
