Ahhh there's nothiing like holding your foot down on the pedal and hearing your engine hit it's limit and you still have half a straight left before the first turn which just happens to be a 2nd gear turn. Just remember this...don't forget to hit your brakes early enough!!!

I'm dying here. I'll be there, but only has a spectator. We're vacationing in Disney World that week. I did get a Saturday pass, so I'll be there all day.

Larry, I'm betting we have the same R&P. I hit the rev limiter in 5th on the back straight....way before the brake zone into the bus stop. You're a better driver than, so I imagine that you'll enter the bowl even faster.

Yes planning to but at this point I cant get a reply from the PCA Potomac registrar as they only have me signed up in the sprint and not the enduro. I may cancel and just come up to watch you all race.

Actually I dont think the top speed will ultimately be much different, if at all. Are the rev limits higher on newer cars? If so, maybe by 200RPMs, or about 2.5%?

Does anyone know what % of the laps duration is infield versus oval?
