Default Anyone in Houston interested in a possible trailex group buy?

I'm looking at buying a Trailex open trailer and have contacted Henderson Motorsports in Cincinatti, OH. They are a Trailex dealer and PCA member.

Jason at Henderson said that they could ship four trailers on one truck for roughly the same price as shipping one. I'm looking at a CT-7541 open trailer.

Anyone interested?

What would be the total price? If he comes down through Little Rock or Memphis...

Trailex makes the best aluminum trailers I have ever seen... and fully support their older models. (I lost a ramp going to the Glen and they're making me a new one for pennies on the dollar)

I don't know what shipping would be through Little Rock or Memphis, but a good rule of thumb is $1.4 per mile. Now this is if you ship one trailer or four. Supposedly, they can fit four trailers on one load.

The almost $1,800 charge to Houston is about a third the price of the actual trailer! Now you see why splitting the shipping cost is a better deal.

I guess we need to see who's interested, then go get a bid.

Ski, I know your car from TWS.

Sisco! You know me, too. Remember that hilarious dinner a bunch of us had at that Italian place in Angleton a while back, during a LSR PCA event?

Hey Bill! I haven't gotten back there since the last time, too busy with work and Jim has been too but headed to Hallett in October.

PM me the total price, I was just wondering if I was able to get in on this, Cinn - Houston, my guess is he would probably go to Texarkana and then to Houston down 59, maybe he could drop one off.

PM sent.

I am thinking about hitting Hallett, but my original plan was to do Pueblo in September. See family and friends, drive a familiar track, etc.

I'll let you know if my plans change and I can work Hallett into the budget.
