Looking for some feedback on VIR south course...
I've been eyeing the VIR south course (1.6 miles). How is it? Fun?
It looks like there are some good technical bits.
Cheers

Dont waste your time unless its just got one day of a multi day event. The south course only hase one interesting semi-laguna downhill section. Otherwise not worth doing.

RSR,
FSR PCA is hosting a 3 day event late September... Fri & Sat are south course and Mon is full course. A bit of a strange deal no doubt scheduled around the CCS Motorcycle Road Racing and The Mountain Mile.
Thanks for the tipper on the south course action.

i would do it the event in September... south is short but it is a car control lesson. three different lines at the bottom of spiral. fishook good for practice of left foot braking ...of course there is oak tree which most people need to work on, then the bitch... i watch so many many people blow this corner it is almost amussing.
but the course is tough on brakes padgid yellows a good choice ...
the gt3 is a fun car on this course
