Don't know if any of you have done this, but it made the race fun. I subscribed to Speeds On Board Pass. For $3 and change you can watch several in/on car cameras live during the race. That was OK, but what was better was listening in on the radio communications. You can listen to five cars at once and also race control. Was very cool...
At one point race control informed one team that they needed to do a drive through for speeding in the pits. When the team questioned it, the RD told them that their 'driver had also crossed the pit out line, would you like me to add that on too, cause if you want to argue about this, I will. '

The on board pass sounds like fun. I will try it next race.

I was there. Yeah, the conditions went from cloudy and a little wind at 60degs. to cold (55degs.) and rainy. Needless to say I didn't stay for the whole 6 hours.

It was interesting and humerous in the end to see the interviews of Liddell, Henzler, and Buckler regarding the relative performance of the 997 GT3 Cup car versus the Pontiac GTO-R. Henzler's smile said it all.

Endurance races are now long sprint races.

You can setup Tivo to record an extra 5 or 10 minutes.

The Grand Am web site story said Murray hit a puddle on the last lap and this allowed the next two cars to pass him knocking them off the podium. That's racing...it ain't over till its over.

I looked at the glen web site and if memory serves me the DP lap record is 1:39+. The dry line but green track times last week were 1:44 I am pretty sure.
