Looking for Hoosier R3S03
Hi
I have a new set of Hoosier R3S03 in 305/30-18 for the rear of my '04 GT3. I need a set for my fronts, 245/40-18. Anyone have a source for this discontinued tire, or have a set sitting in the garage?
Alternately, for DE-use only, using an '04-'06 on the front?

I don't think the S03 and S04 are all that different. Mixing front and rear is probably not a big problem.... you may need to fine tune your swaybars. S04s are probably more available.
Haven't driven the R6, but I'd expect the difference to be more pronouced, so I'd be a bit more cautious...
Biggest problem is not a change in compound/grip per se... but if the tires have different break-away characteristincs, that can get a bit hairy...

Joe: I have some Hoosier 335's and a set of RA-1's with an enduro shave in 275/335. Also before I forget again - can you please return my scale for getting the tongue weight this week.

Tom. I'll drop off the scale on Wed. OK?
