Yellow Bird 001
Just had to post this. Today we went to RUF Dallas to pick up some bits for the car, as we pulled up I noticed a little yellow 911 sitting in the parking lot. After getting out and almost running over to it I realized that it was infact "Yellow Bird". We got a quick tour of the factory and then headed back out to the parking lot and that sales guy asked if we wanted to go for a spin.
DAMN!!!!!! that car is fast. It has to be the fastest car that I have ever been in and we were only on the back roads around the shop. I only wish I had my camera with me to take pictures. It is so amazing to think that this car was built 20 years ago and is still one of the fastest street cars in the world.
If anyone is in the DFW area I am not sure how long the car is going to be there but its definatly worth the trip out there to see a piece of amazing porsche history.
