i've used toyo ra-1 on 95 C2 coupe lowered with PSS9
8 1/2 X 18 et approx 54 mm front with 245 1+ deg neg camber
10 X 18 et approx 65 mm rear with 275 1 1/2 + deg neg camber
some rubbing only at drivers side front....
rolling that fender would probably eliminate rubbing

I had 3mm spacers and I'm just not a fan of spacers.... for one thing, they take away from having the wheels being hubcentric and there has been discussion on what it does to wheel bearing life. I especially would NOT want to use them for a track setting... but that is just me (I guess I might be a little overcautious but that's my option too)

I have a question. Custom wheels center the tire and wheel to use all of the available space in the wheel well. Their offsets are, or can be different from stock. How is this different from using a small spacer to achieve the same effect. "Hub centricity" is a concept I've heard, but it is hard for me to believe that there is much motion with 5 bolts torqued to 96 lbs, which would be eliminated by a small plastic ring in the middle of the wheel. I do plan on using a 5 mm spacer in the front of my 993 to allow a set of Kinesis wheels (8 inch) from clearing the Big Reds I put on. And, I do plan to track the car. I had to put longer studs on, but will have plenty of neg. camber to be able to fit the 225's without rubbing issues. Can anyone shed some light on these assumptions?
