How are you going to pad the tubing?

Ummm... we'll get to that in a minute.

I (was) either going to use 7/8-1 3/8 SFI 45.1 tube padding, or flat SFI 45.2 sheet padding, the latter requiring welding in flat pieces to mount it to.



However, my great job has hit a bit of a snag.
... IT DOESN'T FIT IN THE CAR!



Yeh, yeh, yeh... so I got a little excited and ahead of myself. Just trying to prove I'm human. Because I sit so far back, it hits everything. Funny how it seems kind of obvious now. Relative to the space, I probably do not need the top portion anyway, As there is already going to be nice little cacoon there as it is. I will retain the bottom portion and turn it into something similar to what I had before... only much nicer.



You know... I had so much fun and learned so much making this thing that I don't even care. The great thing is... now I can do it again!
