Anyone have pictures of how they are holding the engine cover/spoiler down on their car (prefrably an SC) when deleting the latch assembly? I just don't see where the rubber tie downs would anchor if going that route, looks like through the hood spring pins may be the way to go?
Would love pictures of different setups!
Thanks!

Several types of hood pins on the market but something like this works well.

They are spring loaded and won't rattle. Just remeber to latch them after you go through tech. The pin mounts to the panel where the brass labels and decklid latch are. Then drill holes through the decklid and your all set. The surface of the decklid isn't parallel with the panel the pins mount into so you have to bend the panel a little to get the pins square to the decklid.

Thank you Chris, that is what I have up front, wasn't sure about using it in back but bending the panel makes sense. I had seen the rubber type on some cars, not sure if they are only for the earlier cars. I like simplicity, the type you show work great so may as well stick with them.
Thanks again!
