Big Red Torque Specs
I'm swapping the bleeder valves and crossover pipes on my big reds to have calipers correctly oriented for 944 use rather than 911 use (i.e. on the 911 they mount in front the strut, and in the 944 they mount behind).
Anyone know the correct TQ spec for the crossovers? Or for the bleeder valves as I assume that they would call for the same TQ as the crossovers given that the thread size is identical.
Best I can find is 12 lb/ft which is in the 944 manual for stock 944 brakes. Are the big reds any different? or should I go with the 12?

Bleeders (and bridgepipes if you have a crowfoot or offset box wrench) should be torqued to 100-110 in/lbs (not ft/lbs.). Hope this helps!
