Very Good. I use Performance Friction track pads and Castrol SRF fluid. I have never experienced brake fade, although I did melt the plastic housing into which the brake pad wear sensor plugs back when I used to overbrake (well, at least moreso than I do now). I eventually fitted brake ducts from a GT3RS onto my car. They work fine.

Mike, sorry I can't help with the hotel. I live about 40 minutes from the track so never had to stay over but from the look of the surrounding area I would have to say there isn't much unless you stay in West Palm.

Thanks Mitch,
I went through the nasa fl site. They offer track discounts at Fairfield and Doubletree, both about 10 miles away. Do you know if there is a trailer drop off on the Friday?

Moroso has a large lot just outside the entrance where some folks camp out. You can leave it there. I don't vouch for its safety however.
