Does anyone have an orgasm while driving? I know, what exactly IS an orgasm...
Sorry couldn't resist from the "fear while driving" thread which is quite apropos for me. But...

I was at a Laguna Seca event a couple of days ago. I've been working on a series of skills and timing and they all seem to have come together at LS. Astonishing when you hit every turn in point and every rumble strip at the apex AND not have a whole lot left at track out. Getting the right entry speed ( the big fear part for me ), throttle steering the slides w/ no real fear finally. And a bonus of no spins all day. And a big bonus of no one in my run group being able to hold me off (the ego part). All this leading to the, well, having too much enthusiasm in my pants :-)...

Sorry, I know you guys are way past this, but just had to vent my exuberance. I can't share too much w/ my wife (grumble) so you guys are it...

I had an orgasm while driving my street car once, but I don't think it was from the driving.

Well, not me per se. My engine had a orgasm last year. Somewhere north of 8 grand it came (apart). Damn expensive to have a orgasm on track, lemme tell ya. Certainly was an emotion and memorable experience though.

You've brought driving on a track to new heights (I think). When I'm in the "zone," I get a rush for sure, but to characterize this as you have, makes me smile...just a little bit. However, I've often said, "driving well on the track is the most fun you can have with your clothes on" (I did not coin this phrase, but it seems to fit your experiences on the track)...but I'm not sure this would apply to you.

Brother! We have a lot in common. I've been married 11 years. And I too have but a single child as well. But the thing I find most astonishing is that neither of us can remember whats supposed to come after the phrase, "is better than... "! Thank gawd! I thought maybe not being able to remember what track was better than was a symptom of Alzheimers! Now I know I'm not alone.
