I wanted to thank all the racers, volunteers and sponsors for what seemed to be a near perfect event. Porsche of Hilton Head brought a host of beautiful "eye candy" including a new Cayman, Autometrics did a super job on their Friday track day, as well as having a several competitive cars in the race, and what we would do if Bob Woodman didn't bring all those tires!!!! We also had many other sponsors to donate items that were given away during the award ceremony. A special thank you to all of you.
I would also like to say a special thank you to all the volunteers that made the race possible. I would like to say thank you to all these people who took a weekend away from their family and worked hard to make everything run so smoothly.
I look forward to seeing all you next year.
Have a wonderful holiday season.

Jim,
Well done.
I had a great weekend.
Do you have an email address for Keith Komar - ( I have 6 laps of close up video of the back of his
car)
He beat me by less than 1/2 a second for 2nd GT4s - he earned it.

I'm glad you had a good time. I have had a few races like that as well. That is fun when you can race someone that close.
Chris Lifka, the registar, has all the contact info. Email him. His email is on our website, www.pcafcr.org.

I too had a great time. What a job Jim and Thom did arranging all those different weather conditions for us to drive in. Hey Stuttgard, we are even at Roebling now. Great race. You drive a mean old car. I had to hold you off because I couldn't stand to listen to your Dad if I didn't! Wayne, good seeing you again. Tell that big old son of yours hello from all of us. Roebling is my first race track driving and racing on. (Its true when they say you never forget your first!) It was the place of my first spin to with of all people...Thom Portz. Thanks coach! Lord willing, I'll look forward to seeing you all next year.

Yellow 4th overall: Karl Poetl (F), 91 944 S2, after other car had a fire
Yellow 5th overall: Rick Brownyard (E), 88 944 TS
Green overall: Andy McNeil (GTP), 73 914; 1:10.8
Green 2nd overall: Eugene McGillycuddy (1R winner), Best Prepared Car, also
Green 3rd overall: Cory Friedman (GTA)
Green 4th overall: Tim Rosengrant (GTC3)
Leh Keen shredded a tire to pieces and went off.

Usually the starts are the most enjoyable part of the weekend but that was one of the most enjoyable races yet! I was doing everything I could with the old girl but it wasn't enough to stay make the pass stick. I want a rematch at Sebring
