Default Who has good price on Hawk brake pads in Eastern US

As usual I have procrastinated and need to get a set of Hawk Blues by Thursday, so I am looking for an Eastern US supplier with good prices on Hawks. I'm running S4 calipers up front and stock in back. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

www.vertexauto.com

$101 per axle for my stock 1986 brakes. I was checking my pads last night to see if I need some in 2 weeks but mine should be OK.

Skip,

I just tried the HT-10 and I think I like them a little more than I like the blues. You might want to give them a try. I got them from here: http://www.fast44.com/racepads.html

They had really good prices. They also carry the blues.

Default Edwin rules

A second for Edwin at raceshopper.com. I had my brakes next day. I would rather use Fred Flitstone brakes then buy pads from Vertex!

I've never had a problem with Vertex selling me brake pads, they're cheap and pretty fast. Probably wouldn't buy much else from them but their Hawk prices are pretty much unbeatable.

I would second the Fast44.com source. They are a sister/same company to Wheelsource in Dayton, OH. Good guys to deal with.

Thanks guys. In looking at Fast44.com I realized they were bought By Steinals, which is a fairly well known Porsche prep shop and happens to be about 30 minutes from me. So I am picking them up tomorrow. Just what I need, a convenient source for parts to reinforce my procrastinating. Nice thing is they are the same price as Vertex and raceshopper.com all of whom are a fair bit lower than everyone else I have found - saved about $40 for set of front and rear.

I hadn't heard of raceshopper.com but they look like they will be a great second option.

Thanks again.
