I have my half shafts off + rebuilt and am replacing wheel bearings, so why not do the shocks? Where is a good place to get my shocks rebuilt?

Send them to Steve Weiner at Rennsport, a Rennlist sponsor.

Not sure if cup car shocks are Bilsteins- but Bilstein USA will rebuild them for about $75 per shock plus parts (seals, etc.) The can also custom valve them for you at the same time for a small costs. When I checked over the summer, turnaround time was in the 3-4 day range, but for an extra $25 per shock they would turn them around in day.

Just shipped a pair to Bilstein yesterday. Their website has the price list. "Normal" $75 repair can be 10-day, for an extra $ 35 each they turn them around within 2 days.
What I was surprised at was how much the shipping was...

The inserts (i.e. cartridges) for the ones I have would have been $255 each new (list $388) - that's the cartridge, not the housing... but, the suspension on my RSA was done full custom for track by previous owner, so I have not choice but repair through Bilstein.
