I took a few pics at Siebkin's Saturday night - they're posted here.
It was great meeting everyone this weekend.

Kevin,
I sort of backed into a sprint win when Berard had a barbeque and Buckley took a trip to the beach. Still it was great fun.

Jim, agreed, great racing. I had a blast. This was my first time at Road America but it won't be my last!

Sorry, to get my videos to work you need the latest version of Quicktime. On the Mac, that's version 7. On the PC that is QT 7 Public Preview: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/preview/

Thanks Charlie. I'll download QT7 tonight.

Jerry, don't thank me. I didn't open it on purpose. I'll take the beer though. See you soon.

Any word on the driver who rolled his car into a ball exiting the carousel during the enduro. I was just looking at the stills and must say that the cage did a good job protecting the driver but the car is toast and it appears to have rolled. I didn't see it live, just the aftermath.

It wa my understanding he went to hospital that day, possible leg fracture with also a few smaller injures. He was passing on the outside of carousel around a slower car, got caught out in marbles and slide into gravel trap. I belive he endo 2-3 times. Our prayers are with him for a speedy recovery

Jerry,
Word is, Ralph is going to be okay. He does have a small fracture in his right leg, but of more concern was some bruising on his head. Apparently the tests did not indicate any additional problems. He flew home yesterday and was already speculating on a new car.

Jerry,

Got the car in 2/05 and had driven it a total of six days prior to the race.

If I hear of anyone looking for a 964 Cup down here I'll be sure to pass your name along.

Glen

Great seeing you as well, and meeting your wife and son. Hopefully he won't take too much money from you playing stacko.

Jerry

I tried an outside pass in the Carroussel late in Enduro 1.

Almost had it completed by the apex. Then got into the marbles, and had to fall in place behind.

It made the kink real interesting with all the crud on the tires.

Unless it was swept during lunch, there must have really been a lot of junk out there during the second enduro.

It was great finally meeting all you guys! What an awesome weekend! Spectacular weather, good friends & the best track in the country! It doesn't get any better! Only change is next year we have to get to Schwartz's earlier although Bruce's rocked too.

One more thing, you snowbirds have 6 months to get ready for our Texas World Speedway CR. Make it happen! Like I told Eric, our March weather is like we had @ RA. Great time of year down this way.
