Default 73 911 RS replica for sale

Pardon the commerical intrusion, but it's time for my baby to go to another home. My 1973 911 RS replica is up for sale. Ready to go racing out of the box, this is a turnkey racing solution. Its eligible for PCA, NASA, GTS and SCCA club racing, and also vintage racing. Of course, it's suitable for Driver's education also. I've raced over 50 races in the time I've owned it. The last race was the Glen several weeks ago. Since then its been washed, the oil changed, new brake pads installed and its ready to go racing again.

Some quick specs:

73 RS Touring replica built on a 71S chassis
Guards Red with Carrera script decals
PCA Class E, NASA GTS-2 eligible for PCA, GTS, NASA, PBOC, HSR, SVRA
and SCCA
PCA & NASA logbooks
fully sorted, and developed by ECI Motorsports and Alpine Motorsports
class winner
licensed for street
ready to race out of the box
2.7 Harry Hall built RS motor
Weber carbs
Full cage
Fuel cell
spares,
did I mention it was RED?
yada, yada, yada

For full details, check out the webpage with full specs, my usual excessive
verbiage and lots of pictures:

The car will be racing at HyperFest at Summit Point the weekend of July
16-17 for those who want to take a look and see it in action.

Tony,

You'll know soon enough ... I'll give you two hints. It's red and unlike everybody else these days, it's not a cup car

Close, you're on the right track.

And as added bonus to Rennlisters, I'll personally autograph copies of my racing adventures for the buyer. You can make a fortune selling it on eBay. Who can resist a deal like that?

Yeah Tony, you guessed it. I'm heading to 44 cup. I won't be running SuperCup - damn turbos - so you have nothing to worry about.

The car needs some finishing work to get ready, so I'm not sure when I'll be joining the series. Until the 911 sells, I'll be doing GTS. But with the NASA groups this year, that means we'll be running together no matter what car I have.

As some of you know I'm looking for a similar car to race over here in Europe on FIA classic car racing.
Cris do you think this car is eligible for FIA homologation? What would the car need?

Cheers

Francisco,

I don't know anything about FIA rules. I imagine that it could, since in PCA club racing here I have to meet the updating/backdating rules. The car started as a 71S and there weren't significant changes from it when the factory built the 73RS, mostly it went on a diet, stuffed in a bigger motor and added flares, front spoiler and ducktail.

I can answer any specific questions you have, but you really need to speak much more knowledgeble than me about the FIA requirements.

Cris:
I heard you were heading for the 44 Cup. I'll miss our good dices in E

I could be joining you in the 44 cup since I aleady have a car (86 N/A) that just needs a cage, suspension, and kill switch to go racing

Mark,

You can still come out to play. I'll be running in GTS with the 911 for a while. It will take some time to finish up the 944, at least a month or so. I have to put a cage in it also.
