They don't return my emails or calls when inquiring about a part I paid for 2 weeks ago but have not received. Anybody know whats up with them?

 

Dont know, I am in the same boat as you. Waiting on brake cooling adaptor. Their feedback shows them to be slow shipping but not responding to e mails is pretty lame.

 

I have heard more than a couple negative things about those guys. I would be leery of doing business with them.

 

They are no longer at their shop here in JAX, website says they working at their home. I left phone message a week ago to get car worked on, with no reply.

 

I inquired too a couple weeks ago about some items, sent them my last question in an e-mail and never heard from them again...WTF?

 

They are in the middle of moving into a new shop,although Keli should get back to you.

 

i'll add my name to the list of people who bought parts and have neither heard anything nor received.

i don't give a f**k if they're moving to a new shop or not. this is the second time i've ordered something from them and had really really poor customer service. why didn't i learn the first time?

 

If I really needed a part and they were the only source I'd scrap out the rest of the car.

 

i recently ordered an a/c delete bracket & belt and got them on time including an email with tracking info...they are kinda slow but i also heard they are in the process of moving to a new shop and having to deal with some fraud issues that are not their fault on ebay (there are some people trying to sell items saying they are from broadfoot)

 

Add me to the negative feedback list.......Inquired about parts and got a nasty reply that they were to busy to validate. Not the type of people you want to do business with. They have nothing that can't be purchased at Lindsey Racing or Paragon Products.

 

I have been waiting 3 years and I was interested in spending cash! He must be rich but the last I heard (rumor) he is in Bankruptcy.

I just got an email from Kelli at Broadfoot. Apparently she has been ill for three weeks and is back for only a few hours a day.

 

I've still got their $1,000 rubber check (May '04). They don't seem very eager to make good ---
