Fantasy F1 League Standings
Here are the standings for the F1 League as of the first race of the season...
1. runnin' on empty - 20 pts
2. Pesky 914 - 16 pts
3. jmorris3 - 12 pts
4. penguinking - 12 pts
5. wombat7 - 9 pts
I am thinking about possibly allowing for each person to make 1 change to their lineup. What do you guys think??

What do you mean by trades?? This is the first time I've ever ran this league so any suggestions you have to make it better would be great.

I am thinking that there might be a way to trade parts of your team with either other players or back into the overall pool. Typically this means that the relative value of each a driver for example may change as the year progresses. For example if a Renault chassis was worth 8mm at the beginning of the year it may be worth 9mm now. So if you wanted to trade a BAR chassis tha is worth say 3mm for Renault you will have to come up with the difference of 6mm. It all can get rather complicated and requires someone to keep track of the values and approve the trades. You could also have the commisioner approve all trades so it I wanted to trade one of my 1mm drivers for Reubens you could veto the trade.
Typically the number of trades is limited so it does not get out of hand. This way if you loose a driver to injury or he gets fired for some reason you can find a way to replace him.

Sorry it took me so long... i've been swamped with homework. 13 Circuit design problems kicked my a$$.. looks like those of you who put all your faith in Ferrari might wanna start getting scared lol... we'll see what happens when the F2005 gets on the track. Hopefully someone starts catching Renault or runnin' on empty is gonna start runnin' away with the league...

Not only Ferrari for me but Honda as well. I am not doing any better in the NCAA tourney either. As an aside, the race was pretty interesting with a few bits of real racing, unfortunately it did not involve any Red cars.
