Default OT Trailer Questions

Have you guys ever heard of an "Innovator" trailer? is this a brand? a model of of of the bigger names?

I am looking at an Innovator Trailer the has the aero front. Does that make a big difference in towing? Esp if you are towing with a 1/2 ton?

TIA

Any links?
I never heard of this brand/type when researching trailers last year.
Is the aero front a 'V nose'? A V nose will definitely help with towing.

yea, just tried it. that is odd
thanks for the help. would you be concerned about buying a brand that you have not heard of? You tow your car, how did you decide on a trailer?

I was fortunate in that the local trailer company, Atlantic Coast Trailers, is a local sponsor of my PCA Region. All the guys who work there are racers.

I was able to look at Cargopro (made in Maine) and Aluminum Trailer Company (Indiana?) side by side. They also had Exiss and Featherlite, but Cargopro and ATC are their biggest sellers.
ATC is definitely top shelf, but I told that since I don't tow cross country and put 10-20K miles on my trailer in a season, Cargopro was a good choice for my first trailer. It is 2400# empty and I tow my Cup car with the Cayenne.

I'd be concerned buying a trailer from a company whose website is down, especially if I need parts. There are dozens of trailer companies listed in the NATM directory; you should be able to find local dealers, see ones at the track, etc to help with your decision.

here are some pics of my trailer (from a previous post):

thanks for the advice, however, I just got the final bill on my RS motor build. Was 50% more than the estimate so I cant justify even more money for track stuff right now
