Yeh... the beer thing's for real, but c'mon, Mac. You sayin you Southern Gentlemen can't take the -25 wind chills that are forcast here for tomorrow?
Yeh well, I could certainly do without them. As long as it's at least 50 down there I'll be happy! Hopefully the only reminder I'll bring is salt on the rig!

As of Jan 20th. GTP moved the car from intensive care to the service bay next to the paint shop. We are getting very close!

Powerwerks will be attending Sebring..... we will be running one of our cars as well as bringing our new support trailer facility. We will now be offering factory parts, aftermarket parts and some our own performance items for sale.
Also we will be offering equipment rentals and track support.... such as a DL1, LM-1 and basic tools.
Hope to see you all there.
Best Regards,
The Powerwerks Team

I was at the SP CR as well and I'm glad to see you and car are doing well. You took a good shunt there. We had one similar in T3 earlier for the Jeff500. Car wasn't as bad. Amazing what your shop has done with the tub.
Best of luck in '05

Hmmm...
I just now took a first look at the pic of the car sectioned back to the rockers. The lack of any signficant front tube endoskeleton, but mostly your x-braced door bars, saved your car without a doubt. 911s are exceedingly fragile in the front unibody, and it takes nothing at all to toss the roof right up in the air and buckle the tunnel when you stuff one that hard.
Without significant tube sub structuring in the front, it simply wadded. The x-braced door bars focussed more energy in the front, and did not allow it to significantly travel past the cowl.
The shop did the only prudent thing. Trying to salvage 911 front clips is a waste of time because they wad so bad.
I have e-mailed the Racing Gods, and arranged everything. I'll see you at Sebring!
