This is almost a local track for us NOVA/DC/MD guys:

Total Distance: 158.7 Miles
Estimated Total Time: 2 hours, 44 minutes

Thats from my door. With SP at 1hr and VIR at 5 hours, this track is going to be popular with groups down here as well. Looks like we will be seeing more of the NJ/NY Rennlist fraternity.

I hear that they've been approved for money from the state so the financing is progressing and the approvals seem to have momentum. Unlike Rausch Creek, Alpine, or the one in NH, Millville is no one's idea of a Garden spot, and it's economic condition is analagous to Danville's. Still, I'd agree with 50% odds, racetracks just don't have many friends in the grand scheme of things. I'm crossing my fingers and toes since this is about 30 miles away as the crow flies...
