What file format is this? The extension leads me to believe it's MPEG-4. But QuickTime can't open it.

Quicktime wouldn't work for me, either. It works with this free player, though.

I bet Norm will be another second or so faster when he gets a Limited Slip Diff instead of the spool. Not many production based cars can get below the 1:10 mark, that is flat out flying. I have seen a 962 and a factory 993GT2 get in the 1:05 range.

Greg, Thanks for the kind words. Based on emy experiences, I am guessing I will drop another few seconds with the limited slip. Around 1:06 (high)...

fyi -
With My Lola CanAm I ran 1:04

With my Spice GTP (with Cosworth F1 engine) 1:00...

Man I would love more downforce...

** Although if you think that is fast, I believe the overall track record is by an IndyCar at something like 52 seconds...
