Default 944 Race Exhaust

Well, After many hours in front of the CAD station and the TIG welder, it's finally taking shape. We are working on a 3" system as well as a true 4" Rothmans Cup car replica system. The photo's below are of the dump tube from the turbo for the 3" system. The flanges are welded on the ID as well as the OD. All our flanges are water jet cut and will have matching copper gaskets for better durability and fit.

Cheers, James

Nice James,

Are you going to make a version for the 951? If so, what kind of metal are you using and what will be the approximate cost?

Will you be making headers?

Yes, actually this is a 951 part! This is for all year 951's

All parts will be made of stainless steel and yes, headers are on the way. A full system will be on offer for the 951 and 911 cars.

Cheers,
Paul R

How about the regular 944? Make sure you tell us more about your creation for the 911. My motor is coming out this winter and when its done, I want to get it some nice stuff to help it exhale.

Cheers!

Mark, PM me with your e-mail and I can get you some pictures and dyno sheets from my 911 exhaust.

Cheers, James
