What's the best Texas PCA race ?
#16
Kevin,
We'll take as many as we can get, but historically we get about 65-80 racers. Going back to Memorial Day weekend (and not mid-July!) and the 'mystique' of a new race venue, we're hoping to have more than that.
If it turns out to be a 2-group race, we have been splitting between D & E, GT-4 & GT-5. I'm guessing that we'll keep it to ~35 cars/group, it's possible that we might break it down to 3 groups for the Sprints (eg Hallett). I'm just speculating, too hard to tell at this point.
I'm not going to twist your arm but hope you'll be able to join us (I'll move on to working on Ben )

Noby,
No arm twisting needed, I'm getting the car ready for the May race. Only question now is D or C class.
Ben,
My car is at Todd's shop at MSR having a cage installed, so if you're still interested in the DAS bar, let me know. I see that rollbars are still allowed for the stock classes, Benjamin . . .

Kevin,
I am interested. I'd like to drive down to Austin in the next few weeks and get the bar. I'll bolt it in for the drive back.
I have a nephew to visit!
Be careful what you wish for in asking George to CR - have you gone for a ride with him? I hear he's so fast he breaks drive shafts out there!

Hey, I'm almost ready. All I need is a kill switch and seat back brace (I'm still trying to figure this one out). Now if my car would stop breaking, I might do it. I guess I need to start learning how to drive on Hoosiers.
Kevin rode with me once a long time ago. For some reason, he won't ride me any more.
That would be soooooo neat if all three of us had our first race there, all in 993's.

Ben,
The rollbar will be at MSR for the next few weeks if its more convienent to pick it up there.
George,
You finally got a harness for the passenger seat, but I hear you're still making students sick.

Ben, if my truck is empty, I might be able to pick it up for you. I'll be there next weekend doing the clockwise DE.
Kevin, let's stick to driving, leave my personality and social skills out of this.
