I had assumed that all HANS devices were made by Hubbard & Downing, but apparently Stand21 has designed their own under license:

No expert, but it was my understanding that Stand21 was handling manufacturing for Eurpopean HANS business, due mostly to duty/taxes. It made more sense for Hubbard & Downing to partner with a European manufacturer, vs shipping oversees. It would be interesting to find out about the availability of these new designs. Also, I wonder if US manufacture of the Stand21 design tweak would be handled by Hubbard & Downing?
