Pat,
I think there are a couple of threads floating around on the racing board.
You didn't state what type of car you have. If all you have is a rollbar, you'll need to buy a type of net that attaches to the car, not the bar. I actually own two types. The first one is made by Autopower and is a rigid, non-folding frame that has a shaped piece of metal that slips into the upper part of the window, is held by three nylon straps, and has part of the frame resting against the door panel. It works well and is PCA-approved
The second one is the new Force Five net and it, too, is recently PCA-approved for club racing. I believe CDOC.com is the only place that sells it, as they recently bought out the manufacturing rights, if I understood my conversation with Colin Dougherty correctly.
The Force Five is a folding frame with a quick release strap and and back-up safety pin that allows a secondary way of extricating the frame from the window. Like the Autopower, the Force Five slips into the top part of the window, but it differs from the Autopower in that the entire frame has metal tabs that, when expanded, neatly compresses into the window tracks/grooves.
There was a third type of net that CDOC was selling, but they recently discontinued it because it wasn't cost effective. This one used a conventional window net that attached under the window sill cap and used a metal frame that semi-permanently mounted in the upper part of the window frame. I actually prefer this style. If anyone is getting rid of theirs, I'd be interested in buying it, after Pat, of course, since this is his thread.
No affiliation to Autpower or CDOC, BTW.

Thanks Guy's
The force five seems like the better design from the descriptions. I never thought a frame in the window channel would be approved.
I'm gathering parts for next year in an SC, Gstock
