Formula Libre at Parade Race
What is a Formula Libre? I did a search and it looks like some open-wheel formula cars like Formula Fords. If this is what it is I have to ask the question; why would I would to watch that instead of a Porsche race? I tried to drive the DE in my daily ricer this week (the 951 is broken (see my avatar))and was told there would be Porsche only allowed on the track the entire weekend.
If these are really Formula Fords I'm going to be severly pissed. I think FF are pretty cool though, but I WANT TO SEE PORSCHES RACE!! I realize they are racing earlier in the day, but many club races I've been to have two races in a day, a sprint and an enduro.

I think a libre race is a race in which participants are started(staggered) according to their qualifying times and everyone usually ends up on the same lap when the checker is thrown.
