Oh well... must be the BMS or ConBox that screwed us ...there's always next year.

But Ferrari winning twice in a row after so many years... they must be getting the hang of it.

Jim Farley owned and raced my 1974 3.0 RSR for a few years, partnered with Bobby Rahal, before selling it to Eric Douglas in Sweden, where it now sits in his Porsche museum.

In many ways it was a great race. Congratulations to Ferrari for a second consecutive win. Nice for Porsche/Manthey to do well in GT.

For sure I was hopeful for Porsche to win overall. They were solidly there or there-abouts, but I think Thomas Laudenbach stated it correctly that in the end, Porsche was missing just a little bit to Ferrari and Toyota. I think they (Porsche-Penske) did well in that they showed up and did the maximum in every session and did not hold back. In the end it was not enough, but it was close.

A rare Penske Team strategy error was the big difference. Pit stop for rain tires cost them. Oh, not “everyone” is a Ferrari fan : j
