I was glad to see two GTC4 entries. I'm hoping a few more show up this year but neither one made it to Sprint 1. Anybody know why? Trying to anticipate what's going to break.
I guess I'm still tied for the lead anyway.

Looks like one GTC4 car was re-classed as GTA2 for the races. Not sure about the other one.

During PBOC it seemed most of those offs in SS anyhow were Radicals.

Yes, except for the high speed impact on the outside wall of the GT3 Cup

Track corner workers told me about it afterwards, said it was pretty bad. I think it happened around lunch (maybe T&T?) and perhaps the reason for the delay in Open Track restart.

As the event Race Director, I cannot comment on that. However, it was a very big hit, and a testament to the quality of factory Porsche cages.

Many people, when they really start going quickly through Bishops Bend, still seem convinced that they have to force the car all the way back to the left to set up for 15. Also, many go through there one gear too low, and as a result, the back end of the car is very unstable. As has been indicated above, this often creates lots of vehicle stability problems. It is very viable to come in there even in the middle of the track if that is the only way to get the car straight for the brake zone, however. Doing this often settles the car down tremendously. Remember, it's better to carry speed through Bishops, and possibly lose a little speed entering 15, due to compromised entry, than the alternative

+1, that's why a lot of us say to strive for left of center. Few drivers judge the entry and middle of Bishops trajectory well, especially in heavier, quicker cars. Few are right of center in the middle where they need to be...

Some also mistake the entry of T15 as a "late brake" corner. It is not.

I was flat out in bishops in the 996 Cup and hope to have same confidence in soon to arrive 991.1 Cup. I never got all the way to left in 15 braking zone and recall these assurances from top drivers and coaches like you 2 Peter and Dave, that it’s ok to be mid track during braking. I recall pro driver Eric Powell coasting a bit after off brakes into 15 when I was with him right seat. He called it “rolling into the corner”. Yes it feels like I am sacrificing entry speed to 15 but I dont spin out either. :-)

Always feels I'm entering 15 too slowly - but if I don't get the car settled, rebalanced and get back to throttle, I run up (and sometimes off) the left curling.

It's a tricky section, where the track (off camber and low grip) quickly meets the car.
