Default Vinyl car numbers help. Track armour

Anyone have experience with ease of removal for Track armour vinyl numbers? I don’t want to damage underlying PPF. The backing of it states oracal 651 which is labeled as “permanent “ adhesive when online search. I know other locations like windows are an option but looking to get feedback for these on painted surface or better yet with underlying PPF. Any experience with these numbers greatly appreciated!

TIA

I did it once with Oracal 651 on Xpel when driving with a group that wanted hood numbers. I wasn’t thinking too much about the PPF. Thankfully it came off cleanly. Would not do it again though (and in the end organizers/flaggers/etc of track days just want numbers easily visible..).

I've been cutting my own numbers using Oracal 651, 951, 970RA and a few other permanent vinyls then applying to Xpel PPF and paint without issue. Use a heat gun to apply some heat when removing and the vinyl will come up easily.

I made my own numbers but attached them to the rear side windows and left them there for the season.
