Mine isn't a "workspace" like the others but more polychromatic with a feel that you're inside a home. I also wanted it very bright becasue I heavily detail my cars. Tip: Use elastomeric paint for your walls for a bit of "waterproof". I have a built in power washer and I just hit the floors about four times a year.
My garage has built in compressed air, built in vacuum, 14 high lumen LED lights, ceiling fan, TV, bluetooth speakers, full HVAC, ventilation system, large storage closets, direct drive door opener, five windows.
