Default To livery, or not to livery, THAT is the question!? (981 GTB1)

I have been going back and forth and back again trying to decide if I want to do a livery on my car. I like the white and black (alot) but it is too boring? I do like the "basic" Salzburg livery as it would save money compared to doing a full "wrap".

a 5-6k livery is 2 sets of stickers in my mind!

Any thoughts, HELP?!

The answer is to always livery your car.

I would go all white with nothing but the black numbers. No stickers or windshield banner.

Check out the Sandeman Port logo. Always liked that one!

I'm debating the same thing. The graphics on my avatar are gone so I have been going through the same dilemma. I think this looks good and would be easy...

Stickers give enjoyment for at best an hour of drive time. A nice livery will give enjoyment every time you look at your car for years.

Matt's favorite color is beige and he watches re-runs of the Golden Girls for a good laugh. Don't listen to him.

Missionary.

It's part of an overall plan. Some day when I hit the huge mega millions, I will race a plain white car with just numbers. When tech busts me for no contingency stickers, I'll ask if they want me to pay the fine by the event or year.

I love a good livery, but really like plain race cars. Or ones covered in the cuts of pig.

Plain white. It was good enough for Jim Hall, who deserves more recognition than he gets.

I was going to say tires, but whenever I see the 911cup where the cuts of pink pig are actually racetracks, it makes me smile. Put a fun livery on it, and everyone will smile with you.

If you prefer the car behind me, which is mainly white, to my car, well than you and I have different tastes.

That's David in the background. He started next to me for all three races at Summit Point and never once did I have to explain to him that we start racing at the green.

Unlike some racers.

My vote is for a simple livery. I modeled mine after the factory 906 racecars. Bonus was it only cost about $200 and my time to install it.

Blue hood and decklid, silver rocker panels
